2012: less is more.

2012.

It seems like everyone (or every blogger out there) is posting their New Year's resolutions.

But to be totally honest, I'm not much of a resolution kind of girl. Not even much of a goal kind of girl.

Don't get me wrong, goals can be SUPER useful. But often times, I waste my time writing up goals that sit in my journal and never get accomplished.

Goals that aim to make me do more, give more, pray more.

Things that I should be doing anyway.

So I got to thinking, why not just make a list of things or little changes? More specifically, 12 things I want less of, 12 things I want more of in my life. They're not resolutions per se because I'll be adding one thing each year (as long as I remember, that is) and won't kick myself in the butt for not accomplishing them.

So here's to this year's my new life theme: "less is more."

Less of this:
  • Fear less.
  • Doubt GOD less.
  • Worry less.
  • Complain less.
  • Envy less.
  • Judge less.
  • Sit less.
  • Over think less.
  • Grump less.
  • Rely on myself (instead of GOD) less.
  • Interrupt less.
  • Be overwhelmed less.

 And more of this:
  • Be thankful more.
  • Compliment others more.
  • Give more.
  • Apologize more.
  • Write more.
  • Catch up with friends more.
  • Play games more.
  • Teach more.
  • Pray more.
  • Sleep more.
  • Learn more.
