I'm not sure how many of you know this about me, but I played the viola through elementary (fourth grade) and high school. Nope, not a musical genius. Just a little sister who wanted to be cool and play an instrument like her big sister. And then she somehow kept playing. And playing. Until she discovered child development and how much she loved it.
That's basically the short version of my childhood. Anyway, that's not the point of this post.
