ten on ten: july 2012.

Once again, my ten on ten somehow ended up with lots of photos of food. But in my defense, this is the best season for good food--particularly fresh summer fruit. All these food photos kind of remind me of my ten on ten last August (I can't believe it's been almost a year since I started linking up to this project!). Or all of my sets, really.

Hope you're out enjoying/capturing the sunshine (and staying cool)! Summer has officially begun in the Pacific Northwest!

    1. Thank you! I actually haven't tried the dyeing project yet. I'm still looking for a t-shirt because I want to try dip-dyeing something as well. I'm hoping it turns out well!

    1. Thank you and I'm glad you agree! I'll have to go check your set out soon!

I made that art as a collage project with my sisters for my mom a couple years ago. Taking a photo of it makes me want to make another for my room. My sister came up with the idea, but I'm sure she spotted it on Pinterest! :)

    1. Thanks! Berries and fresh fruit in general are some of my favorite things about summer and after looking through other bloggers' sets, it seems like it's a must in lots of other homes, too.

    1. Thank you! Ten on ten has really helped by challenging me photography-wise. I really loved this month's edition because of all the summery light + food. I haven't dyed my skirt (it has an eyelet/lace edge) but I'm hoping to conquer it next week and will hopefully blog about it then!

      Thanks for stopping by!

    1. Thanks! I was actually going to take a photo of it head-on, but I thought of this perspective at the last minute and am glad I did. :)

I'm planning to dye a few shirts and the skirt (that's what I took a photo of) and will hopefully (fingers crossed!) blog about it next week as well!
