walkation: day two.

I'm back for Day Two.

Just a warning, there are a lot of photos. It's a good thing I broke the photos up into three posts. Mostly because I'm too indecisive to choose the best + favoritest ones.

And please don't judge me based on the vacation food. Good food is a must when vacationing. Counting calories + determining nutritional value is not.

whatever this plant/weed thing, it's a pest. it sticks to flip-flops, dog feet, and people feet, too. truly nasty.

lemonade candy. peach is the best.

at the top. the walk was so worth it.

picnic lunch. sister's chicken salad sandwich.

gorgeous views all around.

found the desert. literally.

and it wouldn't be a blog post without some feet.

and when they say that deserts make you parched, they're right.

which is why we got sugared up afterwards.

then it was dinnertime.

and no, i'm not a seafood person.

but this clam chowder was actually quite delicious.

and this salad was too (and so was the water?).


2pizza.
margarita pizza is a family favorite. and eating al fresco is a new favorite of mine.

2bigberries.
and summer vacations aren't complete without farm berries.

So are you a seafood person? I'll eat some fish, but no shrimp + oysters + crab + octopus + the like for me, please.
