bits and pieces.

baking and music. these are a few of my favorite things.

Happy Friday, friends! Congrats on making it through yet another week. And three cheers for the weekend.

As always, here are the bits and pieces from my week. Lessons learned, links I loved, and other things worth sharing from my week:

Coconut whipped cream. Yum.

Her photos always leave me in awe of God's amazing creation. And they also make me want to go on an adventure. Like right now.

I'm pretty sure my second birthday party was nowhere near as cool as this one.

The cutest (and littlest) pinata this girl's ever seen.

Wonderful thoughts on blogging. Loved every word she wrote.

Speaking of blogging, I made my very first vlog yesterday. Breaking news, right? But seriously, if you haven't seen it, you should check it out because I know you're just dying to hear what my voice sounds like, amiright?

A printable and new favorite motto.

On renewal and pure hearts and coming to God with humility. Basically, a really good post you should read.

The perfect summery treat.

I started reading Kelle's book and am slightly hooked. I've said it before, and will likely say it for years to come, but that girl knows how to write.

On blogger meet-ups. Reading her thoughts and experiences makes me really want to attend one now!

Well this looks delicious.

Do you ever feel this way?

A pretty wedding and reception.

Lovely travel photography tips and ideas.

Happy Friday! Hope your weekend is lovely.

  2. Bloom where you are planted. So good!! On that not, that book Bloom is one of my favorites for sure. I am in love with her writing, SUCH an inspirational book. :)

    1. YES. It is definitely a good read. And yes, yes, yes. Kelle is an amazing writer. I'm tied between reading through it as fast as I can and trying to savor it, too. :)
