ten on ten: april 2013.

Happy tenth! Last night, I looked at my calendar and realized that today was going to be the tenth. How did that happen so fast? I know that life moves fast, but it seems to be moving super fast these days.

Then again, I pretty much have this revelation each month, so I'll let you decide what that says about me.

Anyway, hope your tenth was lovely! I cannot wait to check out your set.

  1. OKAY! So I absolutely love Ingrid Michaelson's music. I love receiving mail. I LOVE that print – where did you find it?! And I love that movie.

Pretty much, I love how you spent your day :)

    1. Ingrid is the best--is it sad to say that I really just discovered her in the last year or so? I also agree with you, snail mail is the best!

And I LOVE that we have so many things in common! That print is actually free, and here's the link to Danielle's blog. Her printables are the best and always speak right to my soul.

I loved the movie, too! It was super cute and actually better than I thought it would be--despite the predictability! :)

  4. Oh man!! I forgot about it being the 10th...I so wanted to do it this month! But it's been just way too busy around here...maybe next 10th! So as I'm experimenting with decorating my room...what sites do you use to get your printables?

    1. Oh no! I was hoping you'd join in! But yes, you will DEFINITELY have to join in next month. It is so much fun and it's a great challenge for me to capture the little things in life. :)

Decorating your room? That sounds like so so so much fun! :) I use a lot of printables that I find via blogs and pinterest. Here's the link to the print in the photo and here's the link to my printables board on pinterest. Have fun decorating, friend! I can't wait to see/hear about the decorating process! :)

    1. Yes, me too! Ingrid is the best. :)

And thanks! It was a really good day. The movie was actually pretty cute for a cheesy romantic comedy so you should definitely find it at your library--that's what I did!

  6. Love your 10 on 10! i completely forgot about it and missed out.
I think my favorite is the ikea and printables! :)
So random question. do you take your pictures on the 9th and post it on the 10th or do you take them on the 10th and post them late at night? :)

    1. You'll have to do it next month! It's a lot of fun and a great excuse to pull out your camera! :)

Here's a link with more info, but the gist of 10 on 10 is to take ten photos for ten (most people do it consecutively) hours on the tenth day of each month and then post them whenever you're finished.

      That's a lot of tens, isn't it? :)

    1. Thanks girl! You're invited anytime to my house--we had cheese + chicken taquitos and salad on Wednesday. Nothing simple, but so yummy. :) I feel like I should've invited you, knowing your love for Mexican food! :)

Have a great weekend! Enjoy that sunshine, too!

    1. Yes, join in next month! It's a lot of fun and a great way to count your blessings and meet other bloggers!

And I seriously LOVE that song, too. It seriously is my pick-me-up and motivator.

And the movie wasn't actually too bad. A little predictable, but I think that's expected from a cheesy chick flick!
