BITS AND PIECES.

jamming
the best (and tastiest) gift ever.

Happy Friday and Happy March and Happy Daylight Savings weekend, friends! I'm a wee bit sad about the last of those things, however. Even though extra daylight is nice, it's not so nice to lose an hour of sleep this weekend.

But enough of that. Here's to the weekend, to resting up, and enjoying some quiet time, too. Happy Weekend, friends!

The Circle will be back on Wednesday--hope you're as excited about it as I am! And I also hope you're as astonished about it being March and time for the link-up as I am too...

Are you highly sensitive? I had an inkling I was, but had no idea each item on the list would describe me perfectly!

31 (healthy!) snacks for my fellow fruit lovers.

And 5 tips for blogging on a busy schedule. As someone who works full-time, this blog post was a must-read for me. How do you blog on a busy schedule?

Normally I just post home tours, but I would love to live in this apartment, too.

And a printable that every workplace needs.

Y'all read Meg's post, right? It was my first ever guest post on this little blog of mine and it was the perfect introduction to this new guest series, too. If you're still interested in participating, let me know because I'd love to have you!

This DIY project would look great on a gallery wall of photos and pretty prints!

10 online resources for affordable decor.

It's still a little chilly outside, so it's I think it's safe to share this yummy hot chocolate recipe!

Here are some great Etsy Swap tips for those of you participating in Meg and Amy's swap. I purchased my goodies from Etsy this week and am so excited to wrap them all up and send them my recipient's way. So excited about this swap, friends. So excited. Are you?

Because happily ever after is possible.

So excited about their new shop. Especially the crash courses!

And another example of why I love white cabinets in kitchens.

I like this bedroom.

For my fellow bloggers: blog taxes information. I don't have to file any this year, but I'm passing this link onto you because I know I might have to someday and know this information will come in handy!

I blogged a little bit about being an everyday adventurer on my friend Meg's blog, earlier this week. Check it out (and her blog, too!), won't ya?

These cupcakes look divine.

A cute journaling idea.

Happy Hunger Games, friends! Are you or have you purchased Catching Fire? You'd better believe watching it is at the top of my to-do list this weekend!

  1. Oooh I saw that article about sensitive people, too! It seriously felt like they were describing me perfectly (especially the easy crier part, hah!). And that article on blogging on a busy schedule is going to be such a great resource for me! I've felt so overwhelmed with my newly busier schedule and it's been hard to blog, so I definitely need some words of wisdom.

    1. Same! Aaahh, our similarities are amazing. I, too, am an easy crier and you don't even know how many times I've teared up. I used to be embarrassed about it (still kind of am, to be honest), but I'm learning that it's a part of me and something I can't really change.

And as for blogging on a busy schedule, I pretty much live by all of those tips! I think it's a great way to really get yourself into blogging and it works for me--so since we're so similar, it must work for you! :)

    1. Haha, I loooove that you caught that! I feel like I've used that once or twice on my blog, but I definitely haven't done it in a long time. Maybe that makes me a southerner at heart! :)

    1. Me, too! I looove the power and beauty of white and truly believe it's a beautiful (and fun!) color to decorate with. I, too, love pops of color and cannot wait to have a place of my own to decorate entirely to my liking!

    1. That would've made for a fun flight movie! :) And I made my mom get it for me (haha) while I was working, but I'm now the proud owner of Catching Fire. I re-watched Hunger Games last night but promised my sister I'd wait for her to watch Catching Fire--so no, I haven't seen it quite yet. But soon!!! :)

I'm late on commenting and I'm sure you have watched Catching Fire by now, please let's discuss!! :) :)
Loving those blog tips for a busy schedule. Something I'm getting used to as well, scheduling blogs.

    1. Um, why wouldn't I give you a shout-out? Honestly, I don't know why I wouldn't! :)

And as for Catching Fire, I actually haven't seen it yet (gasp, right?). I decided to wait for my sister to watch it so I'm counting down the days until the weekend to watch it. I'm pretty much on pins and needles waiting for the weekend now! I actually re-watched the first movie last weekend and I'm glad I did because I forgot little things from the series. :)

And as for blogging on a busy schedule, I loved and agreed with all of those things--especially scheduling posts!
