BITS AND PIECES.

peony
Happy Friday, friends! I'm almost at the point where I can start a summer countdown and not have to worry about being saddened by the large number I have to start with (I'm a kid at heart, okay?). Are you in sweet summertime yet?

Oh! And before I leave you with these links, I wanted to let you know about this month's The Circle link-up. I've had some requests to announce the topic and the link-up date so I'm going to announce it right here and right now. Let me know if you like the head's up and I'll try my best to announce it the Friday before the link-up. This month's topic is all about goals. Weekly goals, monthly goals, an update on this year's resolutions/goals, you name it. My secret (and awesome) co-host will be sharing ours this Wednesday, May 21st and I can't wait for you to meet her and link-up with us. Any guesses as to who it is?

How to stay sane on the internet. My faves are numbers 4, 5, 6, and 10.

I need to know where one can buy large sheets of crepe paper because these flowers are so pretty!

Food packaging done right.

I loved hearing your thoughts on this post and it only reaffirmed my belief that us bloggers love talking about blogging. Do you agree?

Mental note: where to buy the best cool-girl glasses.

This would make one yummy Sunday breakfast or brunch.

And this would make a splendid summertime dessert, too.

I honestly cannot get enough of this song. You know you'll love it.

9 dreamy picnics.

And 12 denim tips every girl should know.

One of the kiddos told me that the best place ever is Chuck E Cheese's because there are fun games, prizes, and might I add stuffed spiders, too? My goodness, talking with kids makes me smile.

The cutest packaging for cookies ever.

And cookies that are just too cute to eat.

These cardigans are way too cute not to share. I may or may not end up buying one just because of the cute factor. And yes, #targetdoesitagain

On de-cluttering your virtual life. Good tips, I tell ya. And a good reminder that I need to do that!

Go congratulate this girl, okay? I don't know about you, but I'm so excited for them!

Pssst...I've got a review for an amazingly yummy treat on Monday and my mouth is drooling just thinking about it. I cannot wait to share what it is and my thoughts on this awesome company.

Have a great weekend!

    1. Good to know! I've always considered announcing it but wanted it to also be a bit of a surprise. So at least now that y'all know the topic, it makes it a little easier to participate (or at least I hope so!). :)

    1. Aw, I'm glad you enjoy my posts! I really love curating these posts and I love the challenge to find "enough" links for each week--some weeks are wayyy harder than others, haha. But thank goodness for Pinterest and my plethora of blogs that I follow. :)

    1. Yay, I'm glad you're excited! I'm thinking I'll be announcing the topic the Friday before each link-up just because I think it'll really help people schedule their posts. :)

    1. Haha, I know right? Target is seriously becoming my go-to place (and that's not so great for my wallet, haha). :)

And those are peonies from my grandparents! They're about the size of my head (which says a lot since I have a rather large-sized head) and they also have a lemony scent. They're definitely pretty and perfect for spring.

  7. This Is Amazing Grace is one of my most favorite songs. Know some guys in a band and first heard them sing it at a d-now. Love!
Staying Sane on the Internet post was great! I love number 2. How she worded it was great, but my phone is also my alarm clock. Might invest in a clock and then put my phone across the room. I actually really like that idea! On the to-do list!
I desperately need some new glasses. Will have to keep those places in mind!
A picnic in a canoe??!! This is a genius idea and should be remembered and passed along to a future boy who could be a husband IF that time ever comes. Seriously, that is a genius idea.
Didn't really know any of those demin tricks. Very interesting.
One of the cardigans had sailboats on it!! I'm freaking out!! I want that cardigan sooo bad!

    1. It's one of my favorite songs right now, too! Great minds think alike! :) And this may sounds really naive, but what's a d-now? I've never heard of it before!

Also, yes to those cardigans! I feel like they'd be the perfect addition to my cardigan collection (you can never have enough!). I honestly cannot make up my mind, there are so many cute options! I personally love the air balloon one. :)
