Seeing as I'm nearly halfway through this 365 project, I'm really trying to push myself to take different photos. In other words, let's just say that there are moments when I get a little tired of this project (did I just say that out loud?). So while my photos this week don't really look all that different from weeks past, being able to take midday photos was a new challenge and a fun change, too.

How was your weekend? Enjoying the summer season so far?

  1. I love looking at family photo albums! It just so quickly gives you a glimpse into their lifestyle, how they live together. So cool. Hope you're having a good summer! We need to attempt Google Hangout (??) soon!!

    1. I agree! I love going to my grandparents' houses and seeing old photos. It really does give you a glimpse into life back then and it also gives me a better appreciation for photography, too! :) And yes, let's do a Google Hangout soon!

  2. I'm doing a June project and I know the feeling! Know that I'm not bored with your shots or feeling like I've seen them before. :) Some days I have 100 ideas for pictures and others I think, "I've taken all the pictures of daily life..."

Keep going! This week I especially loved the rose shot and the one of your sister with the cherries. People shots are always fun!

    1. Oh, good. :) But I'm definitely feeling the itch to shake things up with my photos. It's getting really hard--and it's only now halfway through! But like you said, we've just gotta keep going. You're almost through with your June project! :)

    1. I know! That deer came into our yard through the open gate and we were all really surprised to see it there (especially since our dog doesn't like intruders like that, haha). :) And I'm glad you can tell! I'm really trying to branch out since it's summer and I honestly don't have any excuses not to at least try!
