We're into August and I'm starting to get the fall itch. Don't feel like you have to throw something at me or anything, but I'm starting there's something about fall (and the cooler weather!) that is so refreshing. But then again, I'm really liking this stay up and wake up late thing, too...

And to answer your question, yes, I am most definitely indecisive.

Are you looking forward to fall or enjoying summer?

  1. Fall. It should be fall all year around. But my fall is a lot of people's summers... so maybe I just need to move around all year long and find the good weather! Haha! Maybe that's what The Hubs and I will do when we retire!

    1. Haha, that sounds like a good idea to me! I'm just eager for the cooler temps and the crisp air and the newness of fall (I always associate new years with fall--is it a teacher thing?). :)

    1. Grilled peaches were delicious! We topped them with a little vanilla ice cream and it was amazing.

And don't hold your breath waiting for a video--I only played it once or twice and then got annoyed because it's in a funny key. :)

  3. Grilled peaches!? I have never tried this. But, we have a big, fresh bag that mom picked up. Might need to test it out. :)

    1. I'd seen it on Pinterest and have heard of a lot of people who grill peaches so we tried it and they're pretty good (much better with a little ice cream on top, though!). :)

And there is definitely beauty when it comes to fall. It's quickly becoming one of my favorite seasons.

  5. Enjoying summer x1000. Even though as far as I am concerned, it's over with in 3 days. The second I set foot back in the classroom it might as well be fall.

    1. Are you a teacher? I'm soaking up the last month of summer left before I step back into summer and I can't help but be excited about a new year and yet a little sad about summer ending, too. :)

    3. I am. :) I usually teach VPK, but this year I went down to part time will be tutoring in middle school. I'm terribly nervous because it's a new place where I don't know anyone at all, and it's just a HUGE school. I got lost in between my car and the interview!

    4. I didn't know that! Hooray for a fellow teacher. :) I'm not familiar with VPK--is it a preschool or prekindergarten program? I so understand finding your way around new (and huge!) places. I've done that myself! I hope your year goes well!

    5. Yep - prekindergarten! Yay early childhood teachers!! And it's a free program here in Florida, so it's extra great for ESOL kiddos to get a head start.

& I hope your year goes well too!!

    1. I was feeling super uncreative and had no idea what to take a photo for that day--I was surprised by how it turned out, too (and how dusty that glass ball is, haha). :)

    1. Me, too! I am so excited for cooler weather and crisp autumn air (and being able to turn the oven on without heating up the whole house). :)

And thanks! My goodness, that means a lot from you. You're such an awesome photographer!
