MERRIEST OF CHRISTMASES.

IMG_0034
Merry Christmas, friends! It's hard to believe that it's actually Christmas Eve. To be honest, it seems like the older I get, the more Christmas seems to just sneak up on me. And with that, comes some last-minute shopping and such--amiright?

Speaking of last-minute, my family and I are kind of known for getting things like family photos done at the very last minute. Everyone has crazy schedules and photos always seem to go on the bottom of our to-do list.

So when Cardstore contacted me to review some Christmas cards, I couldn't say no. Not only would we get some cards out to family, but we would also get some family photos, too.

After a quick family photoshoot (with a string of lights and our puppy dog, too!), I edited the photos and then scrolled through all of the many options for photocards. Let me tell you, the options (including customization) are endless! I honestly spent an hour trying to decide which one would be the winner. And it was so. much. fun.

We ended up going the funny-photo route this time around and honestly, I think that was the best route possible. If you ask me, nothing says original like a family photo that makes you smile!

...And it doesn't hurt for that funny photo to really be centered around your crazy dad, too.

So do you do family photo cards? Have you sent yours out?

DISCLAIMER: I received the cards photographed above in exchange for a review for Cardstore. All opinions, however, are 100% mine.

  1. Your dog!!! He (she?) is like "my family is weird. help." Ha!

  2. I think our family is the only one that still sends the kind of cards that come in a box with the generic message. Then again, it is rare that we are all home at the same time.

  4. Haha, that's a typical look from my dog. He pretty much gets scooped up for every family photo and by now, he just thinks we're all nuts.

...But in my defense, he's a pretty crazy dog himself!

And girl, it is SO hard for us to all take photos together! Too many different schedules and routines!

  10. Thanks! It was honestly supposed to just be an outtake, but it was too good not to use. :) And yeah, that puppy face is pretty typical, haha. It's definitely his "I don't know these people" face!
